Welcome to Midland Adult Education Centre in Carman, Manitoba.
MAEC is a Certified Adult Learning Centre offering self-paced online high school courses to Manitoba adults. Our self-paced courses allow you to work on your own schedule within the school year. Fit learning into your busy life! Study full time or part time, days or evenings, in the comfort of your home.
You are eligible to take our courses if you are an adult and would like to:
- Upgrade previous marks for college or university or take prerequisites for your chosen post-secondary program
- Upgrade your employability skills
- Finish your high school diploma (either 30 credit or Mature Student Diploma)
Note: If you are on EI, IA, or a disability program, talk to your case worker. You may be allowed to further your education while collecting benefits. You may even increase your benefits!

Contact teachers through the course, or by phone, fax, or email. Or, use Skype or a similar platform to meet your teacher in real time, online.
When you are ready, so are we! We offer continuous intake September to June, until we reach maximum capacity.
